I’ve quite a few small loft conversions at the moment, but they’re all different and I’m quite enjoying them.  However, I am constantly reminded of the blunt instruments that are the Permitted Development rules for roof extensions and the fact that they do not encourage – in any way – creative or attractive solutions.  Such a shame.
